First time campers who received a lot of helpful advice from the Canyon Team. We opted for the Soft Shell Long Style which suited us for our 5 month trip in both hot,cold and rainy conditions. We were able to attach the tent to our existing ladder racks on the back of our Amrok. The tent is well designed with loads of ventilation, pockets inside, shoe bags on the outside and it is quick to put up and down. The Long Style provided us with a privacy getting in and out and added weather protection when we left the the windows open. Delivery from WA to Melbourne was very quick. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Ordered a pair of clearview mirrors and had them in no time at all. They kept me updated on time frames and even followed up to make sure I was happy with them. Will be using these guys again for sure
I ordered a Manta ram air head for my 76 series standard snorkel from Canyon Off-road as they were the best price and very reasonable freight charges. I was then told by my son THAT WAS ALREADY A CHRISTMAS PRESENT! So I tried to cancel my order the same day. Paul from Canyon emailed me within 10 minutes to confirm the order cancelled and refunded, all on a Sunday just out from Christmas. What incredible service, and generosity. Highly recommended and I’ll look to these guys in the future.
